The long-awaited updated book Quality by Design – A Clinical Microsystems Approach has now been released in it’s second edition, and we are delighted to welcome Marjorie Godfrey, editor and one of the main authors. The book presents theory, tools, and practical experiences of the microsystem approach – a way of working that empowers teams, patients, and families, promotes co-creation, and integrates improvement efforts across the micro, meso, and macro levels of the system.
