During this hands-on workshop, participants will put the TODI method into practice within their own groups. Working together around a dedicated TODI game board, participants will explore welfare-related challenges and possibilities across the four time horizons.
Each group will place idea cards on the board, writing only short titles that capture either a potential idea or the actors involved in the area. These ideas are then discussed and recorded, capturing the group’s collective insights and creative energy.
