She works as a senior quality improvement leader and coach in several European and Asian countries. Holding a Licentiate degree in Quality Improvement in Health and Social Care, she combines her role as Coordinator of the Esther Network International with an academic appointment at Jönköping University, where she serves as lecturer in the Master’s Programme in Quality Improvement and as Examiner for the course Coaching Quality Improvement. Project leader for The Global Network for Disruptive Thinking 2024. Her motto is: “It is not what you think, but what you do that makes a difference.”
